Where do you ship?
Nutrexa currently ships across Canada.
All online orders are processed and shipped from our Canadian fulfillment facilities.
If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact our Customer Support team before placing your order.
How long will my order take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Ontario & Quebec: 2-4 business days
- Western Canada: 3-7 business days
- Atlantic Canada: 3-7 business days
- Rural or remote areas may require additional transit time.
Please note that delivery estimates do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
- FREE shipping on orders of $99 CAD or more (after discounts and before taxes).
- Orders below $99 CAD are charged a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
- Subscription orders may qualify for free shipping where applicable.

What is your return policy?
